I Don’t Know Anymore [Poem]

I don’t know anymore,

I don’t know whether I’m sure,

Whether you’re going to be there,

Whether you actually care.

I don’t know anymore,

I don’t know whether to run out the door,

Because you’re an invisible friend,

Just another dead end.

I don’t know anymore,

I don’t know why I bother, who for,

Because you’re a door in my face,

A reminder that I’m a disgrace.

I don’t know anymore,

I don’t know how,

I don’t know when,

I don’t know where;

I just know why.
